Give a Gift that makes a difference:

If someone you know is celebrating a birthday, anniversary, graduation, First Communion, or other special occasion, or if someone you know has suffered the loss of a loved one, you can give a donation to One Equal Heart Foundation in their name using the form to the right or by mailing us a check.  Just provide us the person's name, address, and special occasion you wish to honor and we'll send them a special card acknowledging your gift.  You can also designate one of the programs or projects that we are supporting. It's an easy way to make a gift that makes a difference!
